The placement agent
Every client starts where they actually are.
The first time a client signs in, the agent asks a short set of questions and puts them on a path. No chat box and no guessing — the questions are written in advance, and every answer leads somewhere we already built.
- 01Sign-up
- 02Level
- 03Path
- 04Re-placed
The questions and the paths ship with the academy, written once and the same for every client. Nothing is improvised at the moment a client asks.
A few questions at sign-up
What they trade, how long they have traded it, and what went wrong the last time. Under two minutes, and they are never asked to describe themselves.
The answers become a level
Each answer scores against the same grading the catalogue uses, Beginner through Professional, so the level comes from the shelf rather than from an opinion.
A path, in order
They land on a numbered path instead of a search box. One paper at a time, each one assuming only what the papers before it taught.
Placed again as they read
Finishing a path re-asks the questions that have changed and moves the client up. The path grows with them rather than running out.
What it changes
What the agent changes on your side.
A client who signs up today reads today
No shelf to browse and no five hundred titles to choose between. The first paper is open before they have finished deciding what they want.
Nobody on your side answers “where do I start”
The question is asked and answered inside the academy, in the client's own language, the same way every time.
The route is written before the client arrives
Fixed questions and paths written in advance, so what a client is told does not depend on who is on shift.
