Buying Premium, a paper, a course or the Coach
Card payment is not open yet. Until it is, you buy by email: press Buy on what you want and write to us from the email address on your account, naming the item. We reply with how to pay, and once the payment arrives we switch the item on in your account.
Your account
You can change your name, country, photo and password yourself on your profile page. To change the email address you sign in with, or for any problem signing in, write to us from the address on the account, so we know the request comes from you.
Your personal data
To get a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your account and its data deleted, write to us from the address on your account. How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.
Certificates
To check a certificate, enter its code on the verify page. If a code does not open, or the name on a certificate is wrong, write to us with the code.
Corrections
If a paper says something you can show is wrong, tell us which paper and what is wrong. We correct the paper and publish the corrected version.
Brokers and businesses
If you run a brokerage and want the academy for your clients under your own brand, press Talk to us on the Trading Papers for Business pages to ask for a call or a meeting, or write to this address.
Permission to republish
Quoting a short passage with the paper's title and our name needs no permission. Republishing a paper, in full or in large part, does: write and tell us where it would appear.
What we cannot answer
We do not comment on individual trades, review anyone's trading account, say what a market will do next, or tell you which broker suits you. Answering those would be advice, and this site does not give advice.
